Job summary

Aratis Consultants Faridabad seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Lead for our Kalol, Gujarat plant. You will head preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

Lead a team of electricians, troubleshoot PLC/VFD, motors, panels, transformers and DG sets to maximize uptime, uphold safety standards and optimize energy use. Prior manufacturing experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–12 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong in electrical maintenance, PLC, VFD, transformers and DG sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive and breakdown electrical maintenance of plant equipment.
• Manage electricians, troubleshoot PLC/VFD, motors, panels, transformers and DG sets.
• Ensure machine uptime, safety compliance and energy optimization.
