Job summary

Havells in Rajasthan seeks a seasoned Maintenance Leader to oversee preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance across plant equipment. You will drive TPM, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement, aiming to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.

You will mentor a team of 15-20 professionals, manage budgets and KPIs, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate across functions to optimize energy usage and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/production industries.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Maintenance, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Maintenance Overhauls.
• Experience in condition monitoring, equipment reliability, and maintenance planning.
• Understanding of QMS, EMS, EnMS, and OH&S systems.
