Job summary

Accor is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure.

We value a service-focused leader with prior hospitality leadership experience, knowledge of Opera or similar systems, and strong interpersonal skills. This on-site role offers opportunities to grow within the Accor network.

Qualifications

• Service focused leadership and guest-centric approach.
• Experience in a similar leadership role is desirable.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (Opera or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day department operations to maintain service standards with friendly, engaging service.
• Handle guest concerns promptly, ensuring memorable moments and swift escalation to appropriate teams.
• Oversee operations in absence of Manager/Head of Department.
• Manage training and daily responsibilities for all subordinates.
• Ensure daily briefings inform staff of priorities to personalise service.

Duty Manager

What you will be doing:

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• Responsible for heading and Managing operationsin the absence of Manager/ Head of Department
• Manage training and responsibilities of day to day tasks for all subordinates.
• Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
