Job summary

BrezQ is seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to lead IT contract staffing, RPO recruitment, and GCC hiring for the domestic market in India. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and closing candidates across IT requirements.

You will source via Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, ATS databases, and other channels, build Boolean strings, and ensure timely closures with hiring managers across GCC clients and RPO engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
• Strong expertise in IT contract/C2H staffing and GCC hiring.
• Proficient in Boolean search and job portals.
• Experience with RPO models and GCC clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, ATS databases.
• Build effective Boolean search strings and talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
• Handle Contract/C2H hiring, including rate negotiation and process compliance.
• Support recruitment delivery for GCC clients and RPO engagements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
• Track and report pipeline, TAT, submissions, interviews, and closures.
