Genpact is seeking a Domain Lead for HRO - Payroll & Benefits in Office, India. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure payroll accuracy, SLA compliance, and value-driven transformation while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degrees in commerce, economics or finance.
• MBA or Masters in analytics/business administration preferred.
• Professional HR certification (PHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations, meets SLAs, and maintains noise-free operations.
• Assess team performance against standards, take corrective actions, and keep on target.
• Identify opportunities to create value beyond SLAs and contractual terms.
• Provide strategic leadership with emphasis on relationship management and deadlines.
• Oversee payroll processing service delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build and manage multi-disciplinary functions to operationalize the Finance and Accounting lifecycle.
• Mentor, coach, and support the team, pursuing standardization and automation.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations, meets defined SLAs, and maintains noise-free operations for critical results. Assess team performance against standards, take corrective actions to keep the team on target, and ensure goal achievement. Identify opportunities to create value beyond SLAs and contractual terms, driving transformation and value-sharing initiatives. Provide strategic leadership with an emphasis on relationship management, facilitating coordination of deadlines and creating cohesive teams. Oversee payroll processing service delivery, ensuring operational accuracy in Build to Gross, Gross to Net, Pay processing, and compliance with legislation. Build and manage multi-disciplinary functions (process & technology) to effectively operationalize the entire Finance and Accounting operations lifecycle. Mentor, coach, and support the team, while identifying opportunities for process standardization, simplification, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
