Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications preferred.
• Additional ITSM/ITOM/HAM/SI certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure and customize workflows, forms, catalogs, rules, and ACLs.
• Develop Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, and Integration Hub solutions.
• Build reusable components and automation frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Develop integrations with REST, SOAP, and MID Server; support CMDB and ITOM.
• Support ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Asset/Configuration.
• Perform testing, code reviews, and deployment support; follow best practices and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Development & Configuration • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules. • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and ACLs. • Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows, and Integration Hub solutions. • Build reusable components and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency. • Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine. Integration & Automation • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub. • Implement workflow automation to streamline IT and business processes. • Support CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and asset management integrations. • Create and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations. Service Management • Support ITSM processes including: o Incident Management o Problem Management o Change Management o Request Management o Knowledge Management o Asset & Configuration Management Quality & Governance • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment support. • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards. • Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles. • Participate in release and change management activities. • Provide production support and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
