Job Summary : Manage platform configuration, update sets, and instance health across dev, test, and production environments Administer user access, roles, groups, and ACLs in alignment with the organization\'s least-privilege security policies Security Administration: own identity governance, SSO configuration, encryption settings, audit log management, and vulnerability remediation on the platform Monitor and respond to security alerts, access anomalies, and compliance violations within the ServiceNow instance Own the upgrade planning and execution cycle in partnership with the PO/COE Lead and ServiceNow Impact Monitor platform performance, uptime, and error logs; proactively escalation issues before they impact business users Manage integrations, MID servers, and third-party connection configurations Support audit, compliance, and data governance activities — including SOX, SOC 2, and GDPR where applicable Maintain platform documentation: configuration runbooks, security SOPs, and admin procedures
