Job summary

Trikom Shipping, based in Mumbai, seeks an Export-Import Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end shipment documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.

You will coordinate with customers and shippers, track container movement, and handle BL drafts and amendments to ensure timely processing and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle export/import shipment documentation.
• Prepare and verify shipment documents.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and trackers.
• Coordinate with customers and shippers for required documents.
• Follow up on pending documents and shipment readiness.
• Track container movement and shipment status.

• Prepare and share BL drafts on time.
• Coordinate BL amendments and approvals.
