MMK in Vadodara, India, invites applications for a Document Controller with 5–10 years of experience in refinery or petrochemical projects. The role focuses on managing engineering and vendor documentation in Aconex, ensuring accurate registration, revision control, and timely transmittals.

You will create and monitor review workflows, assign reviewers, track overdue tasks, and generate status reports while coordinating with project stakeholders to support handover and project closeout.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in document control.
• Experience in refinery or petrochemical projects.
• Familiarity with Aconex document management system.

We are having opening for our MNC client into Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical Projects

Designation : Document Controller

Experience Required 5-10yrs

Exp. In refinery / Petrochemical

Duration - 1year of contract and further extendable on our payroll i.e on M.M.K payroll.

Location- Gujarat, Vadodara

6 days working Sunday off

• Manage engineering and vendor documentation in Aconex, including document registration, metadata verification, revision control, distribution, and transmittal issuance. Create and monitor review workflows, assign reviewers, track overdue tasks, and expedite responses. Maintain document registers, generate status reports, coordinate with project stakeholders, and support final document handover and project closeout.
• Responsible for performing moderate to complex work assignments involving independent judgment to determine a course of action consistent with established functional and organization's policies and goals.
• Routinely makes decisions that involve independent judgment to determine a course of action which is consistent with established functional policies and goals covered only by general procedures; Supervision at this level is infrequent and is typically necessary only to understand departmental goals and work objectives. Able to lead and/or train lesser seasoned individuals in daily work assignments and performance oversight.
