Job summary

Punarjan Ayurveda Cancer Hospital invites applications for a Doctors Assistant cum Patient Coordinator to support doctors in OPD, appointments, and patient flow.

You will assist with examinations, collect medical history, review test reports, and educate patients on treatment plans while maintaining records and ensuring safety.

Excellent coordination, strong communication in Telugu, Hindi and English, and basic computer skills are required; prior hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred UG/PG degree with at least 3–10 years of experience as doctors assistant.
• Ability to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
• Collect patient feedback and encourage reviews for doctors and management.
• Strong read & write communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English.

Responsibilities

• Manage doctors' daily OPD, consultations and coordinate patient appointments.
• Assist doctors in patient examination, diagnosis, and explaining treatment plans.
