Job summary

Adani Group in India is seeking a Field Sales Lead to plan and monitor district level sales, ensure adherence to credit policy, promote the thrust brand, maximize sales and collections, and develop a robust retail network.

You will coordinate with Branch Head/Unit Head, monitor dealer pricing, supervise warehouse operations, drive promotions and market intelligence, and lead efforts to expand market presence and customer coverage.

Qualifications

• MBA qualification required; total experience 3–10 years.
• Experience in large MNC/Indian/listed/hi-growth organizations.
• Relevant experience in senior roles (3+ years).

Responsibilities

Purpose/Objective

• This position is responsible for planning & monitoring district level sales, adhere to credit policy of company, promotion of thrust brand, maximise sales & collection.

• Ensuring effective servicing of customer's needs, monitoring dealers retail and wholesale price, overseeing Warehouse operations, developing retail network, interaction with end customers and influence groups and undertaking sales promotion activities

• Promoting the most economical supply linkage wherever Applicable 10.
• Facilitating reconciliation of sundry debtors and obtain balance confirmation.
