Job Purpose:

SHL is hiring a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Distributors team. The role will be based in Thames Ditton.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the monthly business reviews with each distributor (territories to be defined) using a defined process with set templates. Objective of the monthly review is to understand the current business situation, address open issues and proactively plan for growth.


• Sell and assist Distributor offices in selling SHL Solutions to achieve sales growth to agreed target levels and beyond


• Carry out strategic management and planning of some Distributor offices and their client relationships to embed SHLs products and services


• Actively seek and develop new streams of business within your Distributor region


• Meet with Distributors remotely and on some occasions face to face to gain an in-depth understanding of their business strategy

Experience:

• Successful sales/account management experience, including holding commercial negotiations within a blue-chip client base


• Proven ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals


• Experience of managing multiple commercial processes (new business sales and renewals), forecasting precisely, and identifying challenges to a positive commercial outcome


• Solid understanding of business concepts for corporations, as well as SHLs product portfolio


• Strong ethics for fulfilling service requests and keen interest in building relationships with executives


• The role on occasion is field base and global travel may be required
