Job summary

Wings Biotech in New Delhi seeks an experienced Distribution professional to manage pharma stock allocation, C&F operations, and ERP-based inventory control. You will coordinate with plants, warehouses, transporters and sales teams to ensure accurate distribution records and timely stock movement.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock transfers, preparing factory orders, and reconciling ERP stock with physical stock while tracking in-transit and near-expiry items.

Qualifications

• Ensure GRN entries and ERP stock reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and invoices.
• Update price lists and item masters in ERP as instructed.

• Circulate distribution MIS reports to management and departments.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Distribution professional with strong exposure to pharma distribution, stock transfer, C&F operations, inventory management, ERP, and supply chain coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing stock allocation and movement across C&F and CAD locations, coordinating with plants, warehouses, transporters and sales teams, and ensuring accurate inventory and distribution records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Stock Transfer Notes (STN) allocation for C&F and CAD locations based on stock availability and business requirements.
• Monitor stock allocation and movement across depots and distribution locations.
• Share product requirement and stock availability reports with C&F locations and sales teams.
• Prepare monthly factory order requirements and coordinate with plants/manufacturers for timely production.
• Monitor in-transit stock, production status, dispatches and expected delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with mother warehouse, plants, third-party manufacturers and transporters for smooth stock movement.
• Manage inter-location stock transfers to maintain optimum stock levels across depots.
• Identify and manage near-expiry / short-expiry stock, including preparation of reports, liquidation planning and coordination with sales teams.
• Support liquidation of slow-moving, dumped and excess stock across assigned territories.
• Conduct C&F audits on a quarterly basis and reconcile physical stock with ERP records.
• Prepare audit reports and identify stock shortages, excesses and discrepancies.
• Prepare debit notes / credit notes for shortages, damages and stock adjustments as required.
• Ensure proper GRN entries, inward documentation and reconciliation of ERP stock with physical stock.
• Maintain accurate records of STNs, invoices, stock adjustments, GRNs and inter-location transfers.
• Update price lists, sales schemes and item masters in ERP as per management instructions.
• Maintain and regularly update allocation sheets covering depot sales, plant stock, depot stock and in-transit stock.
• Prepare and circulate distribution MIS reports to management and relevant departments.
• Monitor expired stock at C&F locations and coordinate its return/pickup to the mother warehouse.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to resolve distribution-related issues.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updation of ERP stock data.
• Identify supply-chain and distribution bottlenecks and highlight them to management.
• Support management in improving distribution efficiency, inventory control and stock movement.
• Perform other distribution-related responsibilities assigned by senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• 410 years of relevant experience in distribution, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience in C&F/depot operations, stock transfers, inventory reconciliation and distribution planning.
• Good knowledge of ERP-based inventory and stock management.
• Experience in C&F audits, near-expiry/expired stock management and stock reconciliation will be preferred.
• Strong coordination skills with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, Plants and C&F teams.
• Good analytical, reporting and follow-up skills.

Strong command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
