Talent Corner Hr Services in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Dispatch Operations professional to manage end-to-end dispatch activities.

The role requires hands-on Tally billing, stock management, and advanced Excel skills to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 36 years of relevant experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse / Billing Operations.
• Excellent knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Excellent MS Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience in billing, invoice preparation and dispatch documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end dispatch process from order confirmation to delivery.
• Prepare invoices, bills, e-way bills and dispatch documents.
• Utilize Tally for billing, invoicing, stock and transaction entries.
• Leverage MS Excel for data management and reporting (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Transporters for timely dispatches.
• Ensure dispatches match customer orders and are well-documented.
• Maintain records of dispatched, pending and delivered orders.
• Monitor stock availability with the warehouse team.
• Track transporter details, LR/GR numbers and delivery status.
• Resolve discrepancies and documentation issues related to dispatch.
• Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the complete dispatch process from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, delivery challans, e-way bills and other dispatch-related documents.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally for billing, invoicing, stock and transaction entries.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel including data management, reporting, filtering, sorting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and Transporters for timely dispatches.
• Ensure all dispatches are properly checked, documented and aligned with customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched, pending and delivered orders.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Track transporter details, LR/GR numbers and delivery status.
• Resolve dispatch-related discrepancies, shortages, damages or documentation issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.
• Ensure timely dispatch as per committed timelines.
• Handle multiple dispatches simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

• Experience in a manufacturing/trading/export-related company will be an added advantage.
