Job summary

Catalysts Bio Technologies is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end logistics operations, from invoicing to delivery, for multiple client dispatches in Delhi. You will handle invoicing (e-invoice, e-way), dispatch coordination, and warehouse/inventory records while negotiating transport terms and maintaining strong email communication.

The role requires proficiency in Excel and Tally, along with hands-on experience in freight monitoring and transporter negotiations to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end logistics operations.
• Proficient in invoicing processes and documentation.
• Knowledge of freight monitoring and dispatch coordination.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing with e-invoice and e-way billing in Tally to customers.
• Dispatch of consignments; monitor and manage freight.
• Arrange PTL & FTL transport and negotiate with transporters.
• Track dispatches and manage warehouse/inventory records.
• Handle inward/outward material records and multiple client dispatches.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics from invoicing to delivery.
• Proficient with computer, Excel; capable of email communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Invoicing (e-invoice and e-way billing in Tally) to customers
• Dispatch of consignments, Freight Monitoring and Freight management
• Arrangement vehicle (PTL & FTL) and Negotiation with transporters
• To manage/tracking dispatches
• Warehouse management, Inventory / Material management.
• Handling Inward/Outward material record
• Must have hand on experience of Logistics From invoicing to Delivery
• Must have knowledge of Computer, excel.
• Must have exposure in email writing.
• Must have experience in multiple Client dispatches.
• Must have exposure on dispatching and transportation of different products line.
• Can handle end to end logistics operations.

• Should have good command on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Must have hands-on experience on tally for invoicing.
• Must have Negotiation skills in transportation.
