Job summary

MACOM in India is seeking a Dispatch Executive to manage the end-to-end dispatch process for finished goods and materials. The role requires coordinating with transporters, preparing invoices and delivery notes, and ensuring timely shipments from our facility.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate dispatch and stock records, update data in Excel/ERP, and work closely with logistics to meet delivery deadlines. Prior exposure to dispatch documentation and logistics is preferred.
