Job summary

Concepts Hygiene is seeking a Warehouse Dispatch professional to manage day-to-day FG warehouse dispatch operations and ensure accurate, timely dispatches. You will verify quantities, SKUs, batches, and packaging, coordinate vehicle loading, and maintain records in ERP/Tally.

This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, Accounts, and Production teams to meet delivery schedules and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day FG warehouse dispatch operations as per approved dispatch plans.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Accounts, Production, and Warehouse teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Verify finished goods quantity, SKU, batch number, packaging condition, and customer/order details before dispatch.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle arrangements and loading schedules with transporters.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Supervise and coordinate loading of finished goods into vehicles to ensure correct quantity and safe loading.
• Maintain accurate records of daily dispatches, vehicle details, customer details, and pending dispatches.
• Update dispatch and inventory transactions in ERP/Tally/system on a timely basis.
• Monitor pending orders and coordinate with concerned departments for timely dispatch.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of returns, shortages, damages, and transit-related issues.
• Coordinate with transporters and follow up on vehicle reporting and dispatch status.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices in the FG warehouse and dispatch area.
• Support regular stock verification and physical inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, warehouse procedures, and safety requirements.
