Job summary

Shree Balaji Manpower Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch/Invoices executive to manage invoice generation and order processing for our manufacturing client in Mumbai. You will ensure accurate tax invoices and coordinate with suppliers and transporters to keep shipments on schedule.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Tally ERP, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to coordinating factory dispatch activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch activities in manufacturing industry.
• Proficient with Tally ERP and related invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices and tax invoices.
• Check and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate and negotiate with transporters.
• Coordinate with the factory for timely dispatch of orders.

Required Candidate profile

Would prefer someone who has done dispatch activities in the Manufacturing Inds.

Office timings: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
Mon - Sat, 1st and 4th Saturday off
