Job summary

Job Search in Khopoli, Maharashtra urgently seeks a Dispatch Executive for a manufacturing client. The role covers data entry, invoicing, E-way bills, GRN and purchase bills, with emphasis on tally ERP and dispatch coordination.

Candidates must have experience, strong English and interpersonal skills. Fresher’s not considered; immediate joining requested. Six-day weekly shift from the Khopoli factory, weekly off Tuesday.

Qualifications

• Experience in tally and dispatch coordination.
• Good inter-personal skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry, invoicing, and generating E-way bills.
• Process GRN and purchase bills for dispatch.
• Coordinate with transporters for dispatch across India and exports.

Good inter-personal skills & command over English language
