Role Description

The Dispatch Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for organizing and assigning loads to drivers, monitoring routes via GPS, and ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries. The Dispatch Coordinator communicates with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues, provide status updates, and maintain high service standards. Daily tasks include managing dispatch schedules, handling shipment bookings, performing accurate data entry in dispatch systems, and supporting temperature and load tracking processes. The position also involves responding to time‑sensitive requests, prioritizing multiple tasks, and contributing to efficient, safe, and compliant operations.
