Job summary

Jaiambe Ispat in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, is seeking a disciplined Dispatch Executive to coordinate daily dispatch activities, prepare documents, and ensure timely material shipments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Transporters, and customers; plan vehicles; verify loading documents; track deliveries; and maintain dispatch MIS while ensuring compliance and handling customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Transporters, and customers for smooth dispatch operations.
• Plan and arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
• Verify material quantity, vehicle details, and loading documents before dispatch.
• Track vehicles and update the status of dispatched materials.
• Maintain daily dispatch reports, records, and MIS.
• Coordinate with drivers and transporters regarding loading, delivery, and route-related issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
• Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery status.
• Report any dispatch delays, shortages, or discrepancies to the concerned HOD.
