Job summary

Digitide is seeking an experienced Director - HR to shape the HR strategy and partner with senior leadership across the organization. The role oversees Global HRBP activities and a Corporate HR team, driving HR governance and the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record in HR projects, analytics, and change management across international teams.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/ITES/Technology/Services.
• Experience leading corporate HR teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong lifecycle management, performance, POSH and employee relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Lead Global HRBP activities and manage HR support across international teams/geographies.
• Manage and develop the Corporate HR team and drive HR governance.
• Own the complete employee lifecycle from entry to exit including onboarding, career movements, engagement, retention and separation.
• Drive performance management, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations, POSH, labour law and HR compliance matters.
• Lead strategic HR projects, transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive people analytics and HR dashboards to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and change management.
