Job summary

inMorphis in India seeks a strategic, business-focused HR leader with 15+ years in IT services/technology to head the HR function and partner with the leadership team to drive growth, talent strategy and organizational transformation.

The role spans HR strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, compensation and employee engagement, with a strong emphasis on analytics and change management to build a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of HR experience, with IT services/tech exposure.
  • Experience at HR Head/Director HR or senior HRBP level.
  • Strong HR strategy, HRBP, talent acquisition, performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the HR strategy and people agenda aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with CEO/CXO on workforce planning and org design.
  • Lead talent management, succession, and leadership development programs.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning, including leadership hires.
  • Own performance management, compensation, benefits and engagement strategies.
  • Build a high-performance culture through employee experience and change management.
  • Direct HR operations, policies, governance and compliance.
  • Drive HR digital transformation, HRMS adoption and analytics.
  • Establish HR dashboards and metrics on attrition, hiring, productivity and costs.
  • Identify capability gaps and drive L&D, upskilling and reskilling.
  • Develop scalable HR frameworks to support rapid growth and lead the HR/TA team.

Job description

We are looking for a strategic and business-focused HR leader with 15+ years of experience in the IT Services/Technology industry to lead the complete HR function and partner with the leadership team to support business growth, talent strategy and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the overall HR Strategy and People Agenda aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Partner with CEO/CXO and business leadership on workforce planning, organization structure, talent strategy and critical people decisions.
  • Drive Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Development and Leadership Development programs.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning, including leadership, niche technology and large-scale hiring.
  • Own Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement and Retention strategies.
  • Build a high-performance culture through effective employee experience, engagement and change management initiatives.
  • Lead HR Operations, policies, governance and statutory compliance.
  • Drive HR digital transformation, HRMS adoption, automation and people analytics.
  • Establish HR dashboards and metrics covering attrition, hiring, productivity, engagement, workforce cost and talent health.
  • Identify organizational capability gaps and drive L&D, upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
  • Develop scalable HR frameworks and processes to support rapid business growth.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the HR/TA team and establish a high-performance HR function.
Candidate Profile
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in IT Services / Technology / Digital Services.
  • Currently or previously operating at HR Head / Director HR / Senior HRBP / equivalent leadership level.
  • Strong experience in HR Strategy, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management and Employee Engagement.
  • Proven experience partnering with CXO-level stakeholders and managing complex organizational requirements.
  • Strong understanding of IT Services business models, technology talent and project-based workforce environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in building HR functions, managing transformation and supporting business growth.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach with strong HR analytics and business acumen.
