Job summary

Zypp Electric is seeking a Senior Leader to lead and scale the Fleet Operations department in Gurugram. You will drive cost-center efficiency, build a high-performance team, and execute scale-up strategies for EV-powered logistics.

This role focuses on Throughput, Delivery, Quality, Safety, and cost optimization. Candidate profile includes expert fleet maintenance and uptime, deep knowledge of EV two-wheelers, and the ability to manage large teams.

Qualifications

• Expert in fleet maintenance and uptime.
• Strong knowledge of EV two-wheelers (EV 2W).
• Ability to manage large teams.
• MBA or technical background preferred for operations.
