• Recruit, onboard and manage the branch team.
• Take complete ownership of the branch's day-to-day operations once the branch is operational.
• Manage the availability and deployment of vehicles to ensure maximum fleet utilization.
• Coordinate with battery providers for battery availability, charging, swapping, replacements, and related issues.
• Coordinate with EV OEMs for vehicle servicing, technical issues, spare parts, warranty claims, and breakdown support.
• Ensure maximum possible vehicle uptime by proactively identifying and resolving operational and technical issues.
• Monitor vehicle downtime and ensure issues are resolved within the shortest possible turnaround time.
• Coordinate with technicians, mechanics, vendors, and external service partners.
• Maintain proper records of vehicle availability, downtime, repairs, maintenance, batteries, and spare parts.
• Develop and implement efficient SOPs for vehicle maintenance, battery management, breakdown handling, and daily operations.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance, fleet utilization, vehicle uptime, maintenance.
