Job summary

Zypp Electric is seeking an experienced Repair and Maintenance Manager to lead its EV 2W service operations. You will own service delivery, team development, and a robust repair and maintenance strategy to ensure high vehicle uptime, fast turnarounds and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in vehicle service management/workshop operations (commercial / EV preferred).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead service team and KPI establishment, training plans and coaching.
• Oversee diagnostics, major repairs and preventive maintenance per manufacturer standards.

Repair and Maintenance Manager (RMT Manager)

We at Zypp Electric are currently hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead our electric 2W service operations. You’ll own service delivery, team development, and repair and maintenance strategy to ensure high vehicle uptime, fast turnarounds and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and scale a high-performing service team; set technician KPIs and training plans.
• Oversee diagnostics, major repairs and preventive maintenance; enforce manufacturer standards.
• Define and track SLAs (TAT, first-time fix rate, uptime) and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Manage vendor & spare-parts relationships; optimize parts inventory and procurement processes.
• Drive process improvements, root-cause analysis and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Operations on reliability and rollouts.

What You’ll Lead

• Oversee day-to-day workshop, repair & maintenance operations
• Manage & mentor technicians and workshop teams
• Ensure preventive maintenance & SOP adherence
• Coordinate spare parts inventory & vendor alignment
• Maintain reports, schedules & maintenance logs (Excel proficiency required)
• Drive high fleet uptime, efficiency & cost optimization
• Collaborate with Ops, Fleet & Supply Chain to solve on-ground challenges

Qualifications

• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments
