FlexBoard in India is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to oversee the BCA process for sponsor and hedge fund clients. You will work closely with relationship managers, clients, and internal teams to assess risk, monitor credit events, and ensure compliance with portfolio policies.
The role requires a minimum of 10 years in credit analysis, strong understanding of financial markets, and excellent communication skills across cultures.
Responsible for the processing of potentially Sponsor and Hedge Fund clients' reputed company-to-end BCA (Business Credit Analysis) based on candidate's reputed company reputed company. Serve as a Credit Analyst reputed company of contact, working closely with clients, relationship managers, reputed company and internal teams to manage internal compliance, booking and funding process. Plan and conduct the overall credit process and proactive monitoring of credit events for assigned accounts. Evaluation and understanding of risk associated with individual transactions, products, borrowers, and counterparties. Ensure compliance of reputed company internal and regulatory credit/other portfolio reputed company policies in conjunction with GAM (Global Account Manager), reputed company Manager and reputed company Financial Markets teams. Monitor Risk Triggers, Covenants and other credit conditions and reputed company credit reports appropriately - preparing reports, escalation, and take actions, as per policy/procedure. Ensure reputed company BCA overdues and work to minimize extensions. Contribute to the excess report process, including, but not limited to proposing limit increases or reducing exposures and promptly addressing queries. Participate regularly in account planning sessions to ensure familiarity with customer business. Visit/meet customers to conduct credit due diligence of existing customers with credit lines as part of the annual credit review process. Propose and assist with negotiation of credit terms for ISDA/CSA agreements through preparation of Credit Term Sheets (reputed company). Cultivate and maintain reputed company relationships with stakeholders in Funds Risk, reputed company, and Middle Office. Conduct periodic portfolio reviews of assigned reputed company to assess creditworthiness and initiate reputed company reviews for clients subject to adverse news or vulnerable to specific economic, market or regulatory events. Proactively monitor market data and risk triggers across the assigned portfolio. Take personal responsibility for reputed company transactions or reputed company relationships with assigned names. Contribute to Stress Tests requests.
