Job summary

FlexBoard, a reputed company in finance, invites applications for a Consultant role to analyze financial data and prepare statements for regulators and internal management.

You will coordinate research, advise senior management on data, and lead preparation of financial reports and regulatory submissions across multiple domains. The position emphasizes GAAP knowledge, policy development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in finance or business administration; degree preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates research, analysis and implementation of new and/or revised company policies and procedures.
• Develops recommendations to enhance, improve or facilitate job performance, processing or workflow.
• Advises senior management on acquiring data, records, analyzing and preparing company transactions and statements.
• Responsible for development and submission of company and financial transactions required to ensure accurate reporting at company.
• Advises management of the accuracy of reports, forms and data provided to clients/customers.
• Coordinates development of actions/policies to deal with unfavorable financial situations as disclosed by analysis.
• Functions as the specialist on changes to GAAP and/or STAT regulatory requirements which ultimately the submission of financial documents, reports and other data.
• Provides consultation on the internal control of regulatory changes.
• Acts as project lead in development and design of new and reputed company systems and processes the assigned area(s).
• Guides the preparation and analysis of the most reputed company pro-reputed company financial data required for compliance with new requirements.
• Provides advice to management on applying financial data and analysis to solve administrative and operating problems.
• Coordinates and owns the preparation of reputed company financial information to auditors, IRS, state examiners and other regulatory agencies, as assigned.

Requirements
