Job summary

reputed company seeks a Senior Director to join the Private ABS Team in Newport Beach, CA. Hybrid role enabling work both in and out of the office. You will identify, evaluate, underwrite and manage investment opportunities for private securitizations within the Private Debt group.

You will work with investment professionals across related areas and help grow the Private ABS portfolio while aligning with the company’s long-term financial objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of credit investment experience with finance degree.
• Experience in ABS, RMBS, CMBS or CLOs and deal structures.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Familiarity with financial databases and tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage credit opportunities for Private ABS.
• Analyze financial models and conduct sensitivity analyses.
• Develop and grow team resources within Private ABS.
• Review transaction documents with counsel.

You will fill an existing role on a Private ABS team expected to grow to 3-4 people and that sits reputed company a broader team of 12+ people in the Private Debt Group reputed company Private Assets. Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Private ABS Team in sourcing, evaluating, reputed company and managing new credit opportunities across Esoteric, reputed company and Consumer reputed company Products
• Analyze financial models and conduct sensitivity analyses based on potential market and credit reputed company
• reputed company existing and developing team resources to consider new and evolving asset classes
• Conduct transaction-level document review alongside reputed company counsel
• reputed company monitor existing portfolio investments and assets
• reputed company and maintain relationships with reputed company parties including investment banks, other investors and rating agencies

Requirements

• 10+ years of reputed company credit investment experience and a 4-year degree with a relevant major (finance, reputed company, economics, engineering, math, etc)
• Existing knowledge of deal structures with willingness and comfort to review term sheets, indentures and other supporting deal documentation
• Experience in one or more reputed company product areas, such as ABS, RMBS, CMBS or CLOs, etc.
• Possession of strong communication, presentation and writing skills
• Familiarity with financial tools and databases, such as reputed company, Intex, Trepp, etc.
• Broad understanding of financial markets and products

• CFA, MBA and/or other advanced degrees
