Job summary

reputed company Investor Services, a trusted partner delivering asset servicing and operational solutions across 17 locations, seeks an experienced leader for the Fund BPO team. This role offers exposure to NAV preparation, investor allocations, and coordination with investment managers, brokers, custodians, and auditors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fund administration, strong staff management experience, and familiarity with Geneva fund software. Hybrid working arrangement is provided.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary education/University Degree with a concentration in finance or reputed company.
• At least 5 years of experience working in the fund administration industry with experience managing staff.
• In‑depth understanding of fund administration industry. This includes multiple fund structures, fee calculations, financial instruments and fund offering documentation review
• Experience with team dynamics including engagement, moral, performance management
• High proficiency in reputed company and experience with Geneva (fund reputed company software) would be an asset

Responsibilities

• A full portfolio of fund servicing to clients, including NAV preparation/review and review of party administrator deliverables
• Manage a team of BPO staff, providing training, support and development
• Provide a complete set of fund supporting services to hedge fund clients while working closely with investment managers, brokers, custodians, and auditors
• Participate in different continuous improvement and automation initiatives
• Review and investor allocations and independently validate management and performance allocations
• Coordinate team resources to ensure that service level agreements are met on a daily basis
• Serve as a primary contact for queries and relationship management
• Support the new fund/product process as an operational specialist
• Establish fund-specific procedures covering various aspects of our services
• Knowledge of a range of asset types and their treatment
