• Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Handle price, payment plan negotiations, and commercial terms professionally.
• Booking & Documentation: Manage token/booking collection, coordinate legal verification, and oversee paperwork up to agreement signing.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with legal, CRM, sales operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth home loan processing and registration.
