Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options; schedule and conduct site visits.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; prepare proposals, quotations, and booking forms; close deals and collect payments.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and loan assistance.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and provide after-sales support; update CRM with interactions and deal status.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing; provide feedback to management.

Client Interaction & Site Visits

• Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type) and recommend suitable options
• Schedule and conduct site visits, showcasing property features and amenities
• Address client queries regarding pricing, payment plans, legal documentation, and possession timelines

Sales Conversion

• Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and booking forms
• Close deals and ensure timely collection of booking amounts/token money

Documentation & Coordination

• Coordinate with the legal team for agreement drafting and registration
• Ensure proper documentation (KYC, sale agreements, payment receipts) is completed accurately
• Liaise with the finance team for payment schedules and loan assistance (home loan tie-ups)

Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns post-booking
• Update CRM with client interactions, feedback, and status of deals

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demand

Reporting

• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports (leads, site visits, conversions)
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management
• Participate in sales review meetings
