Job summary

BharatCX is seeking a Digital Sales Executive to handle incoming enquiries and convert them into orders. You will engage customers via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and Gmail, understand requirements, and guide them through the sales process.

You will follow up, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with Compliance and Operations to ensure smooth order processing. The role emphasizes clear communication, ownership, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced FinTech startup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Digital Sales, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with calls, chat, and email communication.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Familiar with Gmail and Google Sheets.

We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive who will handle incoming customer enquiries, communicate with customers through calls, chat, and Gmail , understand their requirements, follow up with them, and assist in converting enquiries into successful orders. This role does not involve lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, chat, WhatsApp, and Gmail .
• Understand customer requirements and explain the process/services clearly.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely responses.
• Assist customers throughout the order process.
• Coordinate with Compliance, and Operations teams when required.
• Collect and ensure completion of required customer information/documents.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and orders.
• Achieve assigned sales/conversion and order-processing targets .
• Ensure all communication and transactions follow company policies and SOPs.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate complex cases when required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Digital Sales, Customer Support, Telesales, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable communicating through calls, chat, and email .
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Basic knowledge of Gmail, Excel/Google Sheets , and digital communication tools.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
