Nimara Venture in Jaipur is seeking a self-driven Digital Marketing Executive to own and run the company’s digital marketing end-to-end, including social media, paid ads, and SEO. This is an on-site, full-time role requiring strategic thinking and a bias for action.

You will plan, execute, and report on campaigns with minimal supervision, using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO basics, Canva, and WordPress to boost reach, leads, traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven record of running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical basics).

Responsibilities

• Strategy and ownership: Build and own the monthly digital marketing plan with goals, budgets, and KPIs.
• Social media management: Manage brand handles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms; plan content calendars and create posts.
• Meta Ads: Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns; handle audience targeting, A/B tests, budget allocation, and tracking.
• SEO: Do keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning; manage technical SEO basics.
• Reporting: Share weekly/monthly performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console; propose data-driven next steps.

About the role

This is an ownership role, not an execution-only one. You will bring your own marketing ideas, build the strategy, and run it end to end across social media, paid ads, and SEO.

You will work with minimal supervision and be accountable for results: reach, leads, traffic, and return on ad spend. We want someone who thinks like a marketer first and a tool operator second.

Key responsibilities

Strategy and ownership

• Build and own the monthly digital marketing plan, with clear goals, budgets, and KPIs.
• Come up with fresh campaign ideas, content themes, and growth experiments on your own.
• Run the full marketing function independently, from planning to execution to reporting.
• Track competitors and industry trends, and turn insights into action.

Social media management

• Manage the brand's handles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan the content calendar and create or brief posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
• Grow followers and engagement organically; respond to comments and messages.

Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)

• Plan, set up, and optimise campaigns in Meta Ads Manager for awareness, leads, and conversions.
• Handle audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing of creatives and copy, and budget allocation.
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, and ROAS, and scale what works.

SEO

• Do keyword research and on-page optimisation for the website.
• Plan SEO-friendly blog and page content.
• Handle technical SEO basics: site speed, indexing, sitemaps, and fixing errors.
• Run off-page activities and link building; manage Google Business Profile for local visibility.

Reporting

• Share weekly and monthly performance reports using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Recommend next steps based on data, not guesswork.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven record of running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results; be ready to share examples.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical basics).
• Experience managing brand social media handles and growing them.
• Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Canva or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of AI tools like Claude for content creation, ad copy, research, and campaign planning.
• Creative thinker who can generate marketing ideas independently.
• Able to run the complete marketing function with little supervision.
• Good written communication in English and Hindi.
• Willing to work from our Jaipur office, full-time.

Good to have

• Experience with Google Ads (Search and Display).
• Basic video editing for reels and short-form content.
• Familiarity with email or WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Experience with WordPress or other website CMS platforms.
