• Perform SEO activities to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Generate leads through targeted digital initiatives.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare reports.
• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.

We are seeking creative and driven professionals for the roles of Digital Marketing Executive. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s digital presence, driving engagement, and supporting lead generation through innovative campaigns. Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Perform SEO activities to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Generate leads through targeted digital initiatives.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare detailed reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Create graphics for websites, advertisements, and branding campaigns.
• Develop creative visual concepts for both online and offline marketing.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver high-quality designs.
• Write engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Develop compelling ad copies, captions, newsletters, and product descriptions.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy, tone, and clarity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support branding and lead generation efforts.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, English, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Content Writing, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant skills, certifications, internships, or project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW (preferred).
• Experience with video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software (preferred).
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO & SEM, and email marketing.
• Excellent English writing, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
• Research and creative thinking abilities.

Compensation

• ₹15,000 per month during the first three months (probation period).
• ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month upon successful completion of probation.
• Performance-based salary revisions above ₹30,000 for exceptional contributors.
