Job summary

Softcrayons IT Education in Noida is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to own end-to-end campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. You will build data-driven insights, optimize landing pages, and drive lead generation for D2C and B2B.

Collaborate with designers, writers and developers to hit growth targets. The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on advertising experience, strong GA4/GTM/GSC skills, and a proactive, client-facing mindset.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on with Meta & Google Ads.
1 year with LinkedIn Ads.
Experience in Lead Gen, E-commerce & B2B.
Strong grasp of GA4, GTM, GSC.
Client-facing communication skills.
Working knowledge of SEO, CRO, landing page optimization.
Bonus: CRM experience, funnel thinking, AI tools in your workflow.

Responsibilities

Running Meta, Google & LinkedIn Ads end-to-end (Lead Gen + D2C + B2B).
Building reports that actually have insights, not just screenshots.
Working with GA4, GTM, GSC like a pro.
Handling client communication confidently (no script needed).
