Grow India Tech in Pune is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own paid campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn for diverse clients. You will plan, launch, optimise and report on lead-gen campaigns, while mapping the customer journey and turning data insights into actionable optimisations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Must-have experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven lead generation and performance-optimisation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion optimisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including ad copy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale lead generation campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Run and optimise campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Develop full-funnel marketing strategies (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).
• Map customer journeys and improve conversion rates at each stage.
• Track performance with Google Analytics/Tag Manager and act on data.
• Write compelling ad copy and test creative variants.
• Create campaigns reports and present insights to clients.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Grow India Tech you will own paid campaigns end to end across Meta, Google and LinkedIn for clients in real estate, ed-tech, healthcare, industrial B2B and e-commerce — from strategy and ad copy through to optimisation and client reporting.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch and scale lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Run and optimise campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across TOFU, MOFU and BOFU
• Map the customer journey and improve conversion rates at every stage
• Track performance in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and act on the data
• Write compelling ad copy and test creative variations
• Build clear campaign reports and present actionable insights to clients

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience in digital / performance marketing (2+ years preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (must-have)
• Good understanding of LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Proven experience with lead generation campaigns and performance optimisation
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and turn it into actionable insight
