Job summary

SAVN VENTURES LLP in Gurgaon is seeking a performance marketer to build and own our lead-generation engine for multiple residential projects. You will manage campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, craft creatives, optimize landing pages, and coordinate with telecalling and CRM to improve lead quality.

You will report to the founder, own the marketing function, and have room to grow as the team expands. This on-site role in Gurgaon offers performance incentives and direct exposure to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads and Google Ads).
• Real estate lead generation experience preferred.
• Proven ability to reduce cost per lead while maintaining quality.

We are a growing real estate firm backed by 25+ years of experience in the NCR market. We market and sell residential projects across Bahadurgarh and nearby areas, including our own projects and projects from partner developers. We're building an in-house sales and marketing team in Gurgaon and are looking for a performance marketer who can generate quality leads and own the results.

What you'll do

• Plan, run and optimise lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for 3–7 real estate projects at a time
• Manage monthly ad budgets for each project and track cost per lead, cost per site visit and cost per booking
• Create and test ad creatives, copy and audiences.
• Build and improve landing pages and lead forms for each project
• Manage property listings and leads from portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com
• Work closely with the telecalling team to improve lead quality, and track every lead by source in the CRM
• Share weekly performance reports with management and with partner developers

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
• Real estate lead generation experience is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of reducing cost per lead while maintaining lead quality
• Comfortable handling multiple campaigns and budgets at once
• Good working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and lead tracking
• Basic skills in Canva or similar tools for quick creative edits
• Understanding of the NCR property market is a plus
