Job summary

Grow Infinity Realtors in Noida is seeking a hands-on digital marketing lead to plan, execute and optimize real estate campaigns across Meta, Google, and property portals. You will manage campaigns, track leads, and coordinate with sales to maximize conversions.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in Noida real estate campaigns, strong analytics, remarketing, and budget management, with a proven ability to generate qualified property buyers.

Qualifications

• 25 years of hands-on digital/performance marketing experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience in real estate lead generation is strongly preferred.
• Experience with 99acres or similar property portals will be an advantage.
• Candidate should understand the difference between generating a cheap lead and generating a qualified property buyer lead.
• Good knowledge of campaign analytics, audience targeting, remarketing and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Meta/Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns for real estate projects.
• Manage Google Ads/PPC/Search campaigns and optimize them for quality leads and conversions.
• Manage listings, campaigns and incoming leads from 99acres and other property portals.
• Create project-wise lead-generation campaigns and landing-page strategies.
• Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates and overall campaign ROI.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce cost per qualified lead.
• Coordinate with the sales team and track lead quality, site visits and bookings.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports for ad spend, leads generated, qualified leads, site visits and conversions.
• Manage lead distribution and ensure leads are properly updated in the CRM.
• Develop remarketing and retargeting campaigns for existing prospects.
