Velion It Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Executive for Real Estate projects in Chembur, Mumbai. The role focuses on planning and executing Google Ads, social campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, and lead generation initiatives to drive CPL/ROI metrics.
The candidate should have 2–3 years of Real Estate digital marketing experience, strong analytics, and ability to optimize budgets while collaborating with the sales team. Immediate joiners preferred.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of Real Estate Digital / Performance Marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram paid campaigns
- Real Estate lead generation campaigns
- Campaign budgeting & optimization
- Experience tracking CPL, ROI and lead quality
- Lead generation and conversion optimization
- Extensive Real Estate experience especially in CHEMBUR
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Generate quality leads for Real Estate projects
- Monitor CPL, ROI, campaign performance and lead quality
- Optimize campaigns and budgets
- Coordinate with the sales team
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- SEO, remarketing, audience targeting & Meta Pixel knowledge will be an advantage

Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Salary: 5 to 7 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Max 15 Days
Week Off: Alternate Saturday Off
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory
- Candidates from other industries will NOT be considered
- 2 to 3 years of relevant Real Estate Digital / Performance Marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram paid campaigns
- Real Estate lead generation campaigns
- Campaign budgeting & optimization
- Experience tracking CPL, ROI and lead quality
- Lead generation and conversion optimization
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Extensive experience working for Real Estate projects/companies in CHEMBUR is preferred
