Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
• Experience in SaaS / Software / IT products is preferred.
• Good understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign analytics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Meta Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing and email campaigns is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for SaaS products across India and international markets.
• Manage multiple channels including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Campaigns, and Marketing Automation.
• Create and optimize marketing funnels to generate traffic, leads, demos, trials, and conversions.
• Conduct campaign research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor key metrics such as traffic, leads, MQLs, SQLs, conversions, CAC, and ROI.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, Content, Design, and Tech teams to execute marketing initiatives.
• Manage social media presence and support product/company branding activities.
• Use analytics and marketing tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with SaaS marketing trends, digital platforms, AI tools, and emerging marketing technologies.
