Alliance Recruitment Agency Franchise is seeking an experienced sales professional to generate new business for our Digital Marketing and Creative Agency services in India. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, targeting clients across industries and handling proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in a Digital Marketing or Creative Agency.
• Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Proven ability to independently generate and convert opportunities into revenue.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business for Digital Marketing and Creative Agency services.
• Sell services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Branding, UI/UX, Content, and Creative Solutions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Generate leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Conduct discovery calls, understand client requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, commercials, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with technical, delivery, and pre-sales teams for customized solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive upselling/cross-selling.
• Achieve lead generation, meeting, revenue, and closure targets.
