You will lead a creative, performance-driven team, focus on brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI, and mentor specialists across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, content, and analytics to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Analytics.
• Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager/Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management abilities.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Create and execute integrated digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Organic Marketing: Manage social media content planning, Google My Business, reels/videos, catalogues, and academic content.
• Paid Media: Oversee Google Search/Display/YouTube ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn campaigns, landing page optimization, and ROI tracking via GA, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Website & SEO: Lead website revamps, landing page optimization, keyword execution, content development, on/off-page SEO, and backlink generation.
• Cross-Platform Growth: Drive campaigns across all relevant platforms ensuring consistent messaging.
• Team Leadership: Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Content, Graphics, and Video team members.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead Ekochings complete digital marketing strategy across Organic Marketing, Paid Media, SEO, and Website Growth.
