Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.
• Understanding of Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio and other marketplaces.
• Experience with Shopify product management and listings.
• Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales across marketplaces and Shopify.
• Coordinate promotions, visibility, ranking, and campaign planning with marketplace teams.
• Plan and support online promotions, discounts, and campaigns across channels.
• Track sales performance and campaign results; generate regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and launch new products and promotions.
• Manage basic Shopify store tasks — product listing, inventory updates, and product detail changes.
• Manage and optimize product listings across marketplace platforms.
• Operate and maintain inventory management software (OMS) and support order fulfillment.
• Perform day-to-day basic SEO tasks (product titles, descriptions, metadata).
