You will manage end-to-end marketplace operations, improve product visibility, optimize advertising campaigns, run promotions, and generate insights to maximize sales and customer experience. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace management, marketplace growth, digital commerce, or a similar role.
• Experience managing marketplace operations for consumer, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands will be preferred.
• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Job Title: Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist

About the Role

Looking for an Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist to drive the growth and performance of our brands across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, and quick-commerce platforms.

The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketplace operations, improving product visibility and conversion, optimizing advertising campaigns, executing promotional initiatives, and generating actionable insights to maximize sales, profitability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

• Manage end-to-end operations across ecommerce marketplaces, ensuring seamless execution and business growth.


• Conduct regular catalogue audits to maintain listing accuracy, content quality, pricing consistency, and inventory availability.


• Ensure timely execution of new product launches, catalogue updates, pricing changes, promotions, and marketplace initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain strong seller performance standards.


• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and marketplace performance.

Marketplace Performance & Growth

• Monitor marketplace performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable business insights.


• Identify opportunities to improve sales, traffic, conversion rates, product visibility, and overall marketplace performance.


• Monitor key marketplace KPIs, including sales, revenue, traffic, conversion rate, ACOS/TACOS, ROAS, returns, ratings, reviews, and inventory health.


• Use marketplace analytics and business data to develop recommendations and drive continuous growth.

Advertising & Promotions

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns while managing budgets to maximize ROAS and profitability.


• Execute promotional campaigns, deals, offers, and seasonal marketplace events.


• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Inventory & Competitor Management

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize stock-outs and ensure marketplace availability.


• Track competitor pricing, promotions, assortment, visibility, and marketplace activities to identify growth opportunities.


• Maintain pricing and inventory consistency across marketplace platforms.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Supply Chain, Creative, Catalog, Customer Experience, and Performance Marketing teams to execute business priorities.


• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketplace activities.


• Take ownership of marketplace business outcomes and ensure smooth operational execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace management, marketplace growth, digital commerce, or a similar role.
