Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging content including social media posts, banners, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Optimize website content for SEO and monitor website performance.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and maintain marketing databases.
• Support lead generation activities through digital channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams for branding, recruitment campaigns, and event promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
• Good content writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or website management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
