Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, and web, to promote the firm’s services and strengthen brand visibility.

Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and updating website content, optimizing campaigns based on performance data, and coordinating with internal teams to gather service insights for marketing initiatives. The role also involves tracking and reporting on key metrics using web analytics tools, supporting lead generation activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with management and service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in marketing, with the ability to plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for professional, client-facing content.
• Hands‑on experience or strong interest in social media marketing, including planning, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms.
• Proficiency or familiarity with web content writing, with the ability to create concise, accurate, and engaging content for websites and digital channels.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar) to track, analyze, and optimize digital performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
