Job summary

Enrich Hair And Skin Solutions is hiring a digital advertising specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns in order to drive leads, bookings, footfall and sales. The role requires strong analytics, familiarity with GA and GTM, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has experience with high-budget campaigns (10+ lakhs) and a solid understanding of tracking, CRO, and landing page optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, dashboards and reports.
• Basic understanding of website analytics and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with pixel setup, UTM tracking and tag management (GTM).
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience in beauty, retail or D2C brands is a plus.
• Handled a high-budget campaign (preferred 10+ lakhs).

Responsibilities
