Enrich is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive in Mumbai to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through growth-focused campaigns. You will optimize marketing funnels, manage digital campaigns across platforms, and analyze performance data to fuel scalable business growth.

This role requires 2–5 years of hands-on experience in online campaigns, a proven track record in performance marketing, strong data analytics, and proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive leads, bookings, footfall, and sales.
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, budgets, and campaign performance.
• Monitor website performance, tracking pixels, UTMs, and coordinate on landing page/CRO improvements.
• Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, designers, and editors for timely campaign execution and error-free creative closure.
• Maintain campaign trackers, performance reports, ad references, and key learnings.
