Job summary

Rigel Networks in Gujarat is seeking a Google Ads & Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead online campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns, conduct keyword research, analyze performance data, write ad copies, perform A/B tests, and report insights to improve ROI. This is an in-person, full-time role with a monthly pay up to ₹35,000 and a yearly bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Google Ads and Paid Social Media Marketing.
• Strong understanding of PPC, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.

We are looking for a Google Ads & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive successful online marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).


• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, increase conversions, and reduce cost-per-click (CPC).


• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.


• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.


• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).


• Monitor analytics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve campaign performance.


• Create compelling ad copies, A/B test creatives, and refine targeting strategies.


• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Google Ads and Paid Social Media Marketing.


• Strong understanding of PPC, audience targeting, and bid strategies.


• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.


• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
